The system we have been recommending for archives to use as their "work-in-progress" digital archive - Mediagraph - has recently added a huge time-saver - AI enabled Face Tagging. Once trained on a few images, the system can recognise their face across all photographs that have been taken or will be taken in their school career and even into their old age. You can also then have a controlled vocabulary of the correct spelling of their name. This technology is a game changer in terms of time, effort and consistency.
